As I'm sure that everyone is aware, the CAW website conversion process has not gone smoothly, and as a result the automated membership process is still not available.
Unfortunately, this means that we have not been able to accept new memberships, or even membership renewals while that process was down.
In the interim, we are going to go ahead and accept manual applications again. While this is not a consistent or reliable process, at least it will allow us to get people's memberships renewed, and allow them to move forward with RINGs and Nesting, which are ready to progress further as soon as membership is straightened out.
So, for now, you can download membership applications from this transitional area:

Some important things to remember
** PAYMENT ** - You must submit payment for me to be able to process your application. There are two ways to submit payment:
** FAMILY MEMBERSHIP ** - If applying for family membership, you *must* submit a separate family member application (which is appended to the regular membership application) for *each* family member for me to process your application. If you do not submit information for each family member, I cannot process the family membership.
Applications should be submitted as attachments to Membership@caw.org via email, or can be faxed to 866-400-5162. PayPal payment should be made to treasurer@caw.org. Credit card payment is accepted through PayPal only. If you need to do a credit card payment and don't know how to do so through PayPal, email me and I'll try and help.
Questions can go to Membership@caw.org. Mailed applications with check or money order should go to the CAW Central address on the application.
